Terri Maracle

Terri attended the Janati Yoga School and is a CYA-RYT200 certified yoga instructor through the Canadian Yoga Alliance. With a background in administration, psychology, and counselling, Terri was originally drawn to yoga as a way to balance her life between work, ageing parents and much time spent travelling for business.
More recently, she has recognized the need in our busy world for more simplicity and grounding, more awareness and more stillness. However, it is important to calm the mind and move our bodies in ways that honour each of us individually.
She has always sought to help others feel good about themselves and live strong and healthy lives. Terri is passionate about sharing the knowledge that has been shared with her; reaching out to perhaps guide others along the path of healing and peace through spinal flexibility, joint mobility and balance.
