Personal Training Rates:
– Package – includes consultation
– all sessions must be paid in advance
– 24 hour cancellation policy is in effect

Personal and group training:
One on one sessions: single session : $35 – includes 30 min of cardio and 30 min with trainer
Two on One: single session : $ 25- includes 30 min of cardio and 30 min with trainer
(rates decrease as number of people in group increase)
Initial Assessment: $70.00
Introductory offer: 10% discount applies when paying for ten or more sessions up front.

30 Minute Lunch Time Express:
10- class package: $90
20- class package: $140
All other classes:
10- class package: $150

Unlimited class packages available
With a maximum of 10 students, we offer smaller classes with more personal attention for each student.
Classes are 55 minutes long, unless otherwise indicated.

All students must have a reservation in order to attend class. Reservations and cancellations can be made through the online schedule. If you are unable to access the website or have technical problems, send an email to email@example.com
Reservations that are not cancelled within 4 hours will be deducted from your class package.
Drop in’s are welcome if space is available and must be paid at the studio for $20, or $12 for a lunch time class
