We can accommodate your needs. Inquire about specialty classes for myofascia stretching, awakening your spine, or improving your core strength.
Classes are kept to a small size so instructors can be more hands on. It’s the small changes in technique that make big changes in your results. Don’t expect to get away with bad form or sloppy technique in our classes!
